difference between 6010 5p and 6010 5p+?

Reply:go with 5p+ . Unless you are welding on steel that you cant clean in that case go with the red rod. 6010 (red rod) can weld threw cow sh&%. alot of farmers swear by it. On the job sites you will be running your root with 5p+

Reply:Burn em up, they are both Lincoln cellulose /  fast freeze rods made for DC+. I have used both, but haven't seen the + in a while. Reply:Regular 5p sucks, it sticks, snuffs out and fingernails, get the 5p+ and be a happy weldor. I personally like Hobart Pipemaster Pro 60 which is there 5p+ equivalent, and I think it runs a little nicer.Disclaimer; "I am just an a$$hole welder, don't take it personally ."
