Local auto shop welding photo

So a local shop that does custom Jeep stuff posted this picture.  I am no expert, but I don't like what I see.  Any thoughts? Attached Images

Reply:Nope Grand Rapids.  They do some really nice work, but now I am starting to wonder.  I am not saying I could do any better, but I don't get paid to do what I do, I just do it for fun.  On second thought I bet I could put down a weld that would hold up better and look just about as "good"

Reply:Well I didn't want to mention any names, but it’s a little late for that I guess.  They do some great looking work; I can see their shop from my work parking lot.  I have had a few minor things done on my truck there.  (No welding)  This weld makes me want to stay a long way away from any lifted Jeep rolling down the road in this area.  I did call them out on it and I don’t know if the “are you kidding” comment is directed toward me or them, I hope them.  I was going to call them out on it right away, but I am no expert so I thought I would get some thoughts here first.  Once I saw some of the feedback here I figured I should call them out on it.  I hope that they can learn from this and next time lay a nice bead and not a stack of washers.
Reply:Looks like they typically sell cloths and install wheels. I wouldn't take anything there.
