Dual Shield FCAW / W/ C0 2 with The Millermatic 212 running .045 Wire

Having  issues runninig this are we are the max of the power spec for this machine.Electrode Positive with 100% CO 2We are running it in the Millermatic 350 P with very good results. Reply:The only fluxcore wire listed on the MM 212 door chart, is a self-shielded E71T-11. An E71T-11 self shielded fluxcore runs at a much lower voltage then a gas shielded fluxcore. Reply:You typically have a higher arc voltage with CO2 than with mixed gas, though that seems to be less of an issue with dual-shield than with hard wire. The 212 still just doesn't have enough voltage to run dual-shield except at the lower end of the wfs range.
