I was given a Silver Beauty 90175, but no documentation along with it. Can anyone help me locate a manual for this machine. Thanks JQ
Reply:What info do you need for it? They are long out of business and you won't find much of anything on them. You are the first person I've encountered another 90175 with even! Mine still works pretty well, but I am not too happy with the wire feed speed control. Running .035 wire I never see higher than 3 on the wirefeed - and it is so touchy that it goes out of adjustment if you breathe on it.
Reply:TubularFab. Thanks for the reply. Is there any chance you have manual? If so, can I get a copy? I'll be happy to cover your costs if any. I'd like to know how the spot and stitch functions work. I also need to know if I need an .35 roller for the wire feed to use .35wire or will the .30 (9mm) roller be OK. My welder has a reversible .24 (8mm)-.30 (9mm) roller. If you have any operating tips for me I'd sure appreciate the advice. And finally, I'm looking for a parts source. Thanks in advance, JQ |
