Reply:Nice tool build. Thanks for the pics.I wonder if a guide or roller at the tip end, would help with control?
Reply:You did gooder. Even plazma cutters need attachments for circles.
Reply:Very cool tool. I now have to make one for my plasma!!And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return. Here is a circle cutter a friend of mine made (so he says).  He said I could have it so, I said OK.  It is basically the same concept, just used square stock. Thanks,JasonMillermatic 210 w/ SpoolgunMiller 375 ExtremeMiller Trailblazer 250GMiller AEAD 200-LEVictor Journeyman O/A
Reply:Jason that oughta work fine as long as you can lock the pointer in place.Victor SuperRanger O/A                                         Solar migLincoln Powermig 140Southbend 9in lathe350# kohlswa anvilMiller Maxstar 150 stl etc....
Reply:I have a circle burners with wheel(s) one for inside the tip & another for outside the tip.  I don't like them myself  I can get better control by hand alone.Good job on the attachment.  The torch handle rest really stabilizes things. It makes the torch a bit harder to handle on a full circle but you get much better results.I made one similar several years ago.
Reply:Very nice work! I see that you have a Sportster engine for your project. While you are at it, why not rubber-mount that engine? It would be easy for a fellow like yourself and it makes riding a lot easier on the nerves.Regards.Miller Millermatic 252Miller Syncrowave 200Liincoln AC-DC 225Victor O-A Set
