I am wondering if anyone is familiar with NJ codes on low pressure light commercial boilers. A perfect example would be a Weil McLain LGB 4 with 4" risers and 4" Header 400,000 BTU. I know you can pipe it with threaded joints which is a real bear but I was wondering exactly what certifications or qualifications are needed to weld those pipes. I didn't think it would be ASME section IX because it's less than 15 PSI ( running pressure of about 1.2 PSI) but I know there has to be some type of standard. Thanks in advance.
