TD 38 or TD 39

I have done several searches here and also on the hobart site but I am still yet to find or see much if any difference between the 38 and the 39.I do see the weight and wonder where the difference is at..... Anyone know??Airgas is willing to sell me the 38 for around 1150 dollars. Telling me the 39 will deffenitaly be more. I know its on cyberweld but I was trying to stay local. I guess I am goofey this way but when I want something I want it right now!!!!!! I surley dont wana wait by the door for it.Also I am totally new to plasma execpt for 2 little cuts at work just to play. Does anyone know it the TD cutters all come with the drag gun. Again airgas told me yes they are all drag guns. I didnt think so, so if anyone knows please let me know. At this [point all I can do is learn. One last question!!!!Anybody have any good ways to coax the wife on this one? I thought if I was to manage to sneak it home I could maybe hide it untill it was to dirty to return, but the difference in the bank account may give it away right off the batt.Note to self.......The jacket in the avatar pic is Not for welding....EVER
