first off, let me say that it is a shame that more stores/shops around me do not carry horizontal bandsaws. TSC was the only one that i found that had one, other than the HF on the other side of town. i actually never even checked with HF since i found this one first.power switch... china's finest safety device for a non-accidental start of the machine:the little black lever is for tightening the fence:motor data. this works out to be about 1/2 HP i believe...the little "sliver" of 1x1x16ga square tube that was cut:full-roller bearing guide construction... should prove to be useful and nice:note the very limited range of guide adjustment... the bottom bolt in the slot:slow, medium, fast... the pully setup. i use slow blade speed (large left pully, small right) for SS and medium for ms. i havn't even tried high speed at all yet.and just so you all know, before any comments are made, i clean EVERYTHING off of the saw before i use it. everything that is either leanign on it, or sitting on it is just temporary. i actually clean it off every night before i go to bed any questions, comments, concerns? just holler.Later,Andy
