Reply:OK.But you have to get some better monkeys (referencing the site name of 'surveymonkey.com'), because Question 29 on Page 17 of 19 has the question about future surveys and says to "Check all that apply".  But the page/form lets you pick one and only one answer to that question.And a few of the questions didn't explore (either via more/better questions or via a dialog/write-in box) some reasons or rationale for some of the choices I made.FYI.
