Tilting rollformer

Small project at work to tilt rollformer to pitch of a roof to run 180' long roof panels.  Built about 5 of these now, its the cats meow the customers tell me.  This is the first stage of the build.  Will be building hinge system with adjustable jacks to set pitch.  More pics to follow. Reply:I build an overhead cradle over the roll former to hold a 5,000 pound coil of precoat steel.  The tubes are for a skytrak to pick it up from the end or from the sides.  We can tilt to a 5 on 12 pitch.

Reply:We also built the rollformer internals,  we took a 2 inch standing seam roof panel machine and converted to the 2 3/8 tall "T" panel in the video.  It was done in a total of 4 weeks.  We kicked *** on this one.
