Reply:How old and how heavy? When you get into those older welders, they are up in the 600,700 and 800 pound range. Unless it's a local sale, shipping will get up into the thousands of dollars. Reply:OK...just talked to the guy and it's a single phase machine. I just had an old Lincoln shipped from PA to IL 2 1/2 months ago. It cost me $644 and weighed 830 Lbs. I didn't do any price shopping, I only have a local ConWay and I gave the job to them. Coulda been moved for a lot less but I went the easy route.Anything worth doing is worth doing RIGHT
