Reply:Seems like another of the many chinese tig welders. I haven't yet seen any proof that one is better than any of the others. There is even a certain argument that they all come out of the same factory with screen printing to suit whoever the reseller is. I have also yet to come across any comprehensive feedback on any of these welders, which is surprising because they seem to be selling in bulk.My stance is that if you are a DIY hobbyist who is welding a bit here and there then they are probably going to be fine. It's hard trying to justify outlaying several thousand $ for a brand name tig that might only get used on the odd weekend.But, if you have to rely on the machine for a living, you need it to be robust in an industrial environment, well supported, precise and well developed then I reckon you are kidding yourself if you think an ebay machine is going to cut it.Personally I am just a diyer who had never picked up a tig before so I took a punt on ebay. I'm having a great time and the machine is going fine (it is still a much better welder than I am, if you know what I mean). If it craps out then I won't bear any grudges because I'm happy with the cheap introduction to tig that it has provided, and I'll happily go out and buy a more expensive brand name.

Reply:I agree with Brownie in the uk we have a lot of Chinese sets but to get them repaired can be a problem , Miller or any other are not cheap but you pay for,
