Reply:Looks good.  You r lucky to have a nice smooth shop floor that is small caster wheel friendly.   Those little casters would never work for me.Tiger Sales:  AHP Distributor    www.tigersalesco.comAHP200x; AHP 160ST; MM350P,  Spoolmatic 30A; Everlast PowerTig 185; Thermal Dynamics 60i plasma.  For Sale:  Cobra Mig 250 w/ Push-pull gun.  Lincoln Wirematic 250

Reply:Very clean! Putting a small table on the top is very clever, very nice job. I also couldn't help but notice the really industrial corner clamps. Who makes those? I could use a set....happy holidays, mike

Reply:oh yeah, i have similar corner clamps. made in germany. they come in very handy making and squaring frames and gates. again, great work!
Reply:Good price...the cover for the Miller 211 alone is $46.00. I'm going to check EBay for the material.DOCWELDER: the 90deg. angle clamps are also available in many sizes and prices on EBay. If your not an Ebay'er, check Northern Tool.Ain't No Body Got Time For That!Millermatic 211 MVPLincoln 135Strong Desire To Learn!

Reply:i like this cart for my esab 161 and plasma cutter. the only problem for me is this, i currently store my plasma on my bench on side of garage (inside), and my esab sits atop a large rolling plastic service cart. if i build a stacker like this then i need to take up more garage footprint, which i simply dont have. i would need to cut out a section of my bench area to park a cart like this. but an awesome cart indeed, very nice.
Reply:Like it!!! I'm thing of making one for my ThinderboltMiller Thunderbolt XLHobart Handler 140
Reply:That looks great!  Very nicely done and clean.---No good deed goes unpunished---
Reply:I appreciate the design and craftsmanship of your project. It's a good thing you have the Autoset feature on your MIG. If you had to consult a parameter chart inside your MIG's enclosure, it would be hard to access. (Same problem with changing wire spools). I have a MM175, which only has manual settings. It sits on the bottom shelf of a "stacker" cart that came with another welding machine.  It is a hassle to see the parameter chart or change wire because the upper shelf inhibits the door from opening completely. I plan to make a new cart soon that will fix the problem. My cart's upper shelf holds a stick/TIG machine. My cart should be like yours - with the machine that only requires forward access undeneath the overhang. Unfortunately the shelf arrangement doesn't allow me to swap the two machines' locations.
