Reply:cool. does the HF one come with the table atatchment? thats a nice way to get a 2-for-1...seems like the HF one is good after you put in a lenox blade from home depot.Lincoln Square Wave 175 TIGLincoln 110v flux core welder (my 1st)Clarke 180EN MIG

Reply:If you dont need the reach of a vertical band saw. Like sawing a large piece. Use a Porta band in the vise. It has the ability to cut up to 4" material any length. Personally I wouldnt like having to reset my horizontal saw to a table so I can use it on odd shapes.I use my porta band in a vise all the time. It works exceptionall well on cutting curved sections from u bends. And is all I need for brackets and such. If you are cutting long strips about 2" wide is all it will do. Unlike a large vertical saw which starts at about 14" wide. Nice thing is its relatively inexpensive and has enough power to make most of the cuts needed.mm135HTP Invertig 201 With water cooler9" Southbend LatheLots of hand tools.
