Hey guys, I have been in the market for a welder and called the gentleman who goes by the handle on here WelderSales to see if he could help me out and fill me in on these machines. I just wanted to say how was nice to talk to someone who took the time with a customer on the phone. I'm not sure if most people down south are that friendly and helpful or if its just Weldersales, but man, what a change from the "go hurry up and get on with it" attitude we got ourselves stuck with up here. He even took my call at 5:30pm his time, that's practically unheard of up here, you can't even find a single welding supply place here open past 5, and only a couple will stay open past 4:30. So anyways, if you're in the market for another machine, do yourself a favor and get in touch with WelderSales. Weldersales, if you're reading this, thinking back on the phone call I imagine you probably got a bit of a chuckle out of my mouth being stuck in overdriveOwner of Bushwacker Mobile WeldingPictures
Reply:Some of us are lucky enough to be close enough to drive and visit with Larry.. Larry knows his stuff is very helpful. You would not believe the amount of equipment and parts he has collected over the years.CharlesMillermatic Passport PlusMillermatic 200Millermatic 350P with PythonXMT 304 /w S-64 feeder and 12RCDynasty 300 DXVictor O/APremier Power Welder for my trail junk.
Reply:funny because a few months ago i pm'ed him about welder purchase....he pm'ed me right back, but the prices he sent me seemed too good to be true and i never got another reply from him. so i reguarded it as a scam (most of the time when deals are that good you just pass them off). but I'm glad to hear you had success with him. I may try contacting him again after i save my $$ again (i bought a damn bike instead of a welder
Reply:I've always been impressed with his knowledge of welding equipment and always look forward to his posts, especially in response to my questions about equipment.
Reply:Ignore my last post......he contacted me to explain as soon as he saw it! Thanks weldersales
Reply:mrgsr, you bring up a good point though, that communication can make or break a deal, and in this case, this is why I am happy with Larry because he took the time to figure out what I wanted and what I needed. Some customers might want an older machine on a lower price point, while I am looking for something with a couple of years of warranty left on it, even if it costs me a bit more to buy into than the older models. Larry understands this, because he took the time to find out, and that makes my life a lot easier for me as the buyer, because I can let him do what he does best without concern that I might not get what I'm looking for. Its all about communication Owner of Bushwacker Mobile WeldingPictures |
