My 96 Cherokee either needs to head to the scrap yard or just about all new floors.  The top side is actually in nice shape in terms of no rust, not necessarily the paint or dent free panels so I'm leaning towards cutting whats left of the old floors out and replacing them with fresh sheet with ribs rolled into them to mimic the factory pans. This wouldn't need to be MIG brazed, but I have an Esab Caddy c200i which has a CuSi setting and I just want to try it out.  I've been reading up on the processes but I can't find many reports "from the field," most of what I have found has been produced by industry.  Does anybody here have experience with MIG braze? Here's some of the info I've found so far.http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/brazing.htmThere was also a thread here on WW a while back with pics but I can't find it at the moment.A pic of the turd nugget for reference...-Alex
Reply:For me it would be .023 70S6 wire and weld it.
Reply:Did you try a search on the WW.There's definitely a few threads on doing quarter panels with mig braze.TA Arcmaster 300CM3XMT 304S22P12 suitcase feederX-Treme 12VSOptima pulserTA161SMaxstar 150STLHypertherm PM45OP setupStihl 020AVP, 039, 066 Magnum

Reply:Thanks for the responses, If I have the extra cash for another bottle and the wire I may go with the SiBr just to try something new.  I'd almost go with O/A braze if I wasn't worried about lighting the whole thing on fire.Since It will most likely come down to a rush job, chances are that I will end up welding it up with .023 and C25-Alex
