Syncrowave 250 problems

Ok im having issues with this machine now, another used machine that my boss bought.On the front of the machine where all the control are there is 2 switch for the remote control, i have plugged the gas bottle, plugged the 220v cable, then plugged the pedal and TIG torch.When i try to start welding and push the pedal, it doesn't do anything, if i try to scratch the tungsten on the work piece it produce a really small arc but nothing to be able to weld, also when i put both of the remote switch on "remote" position wich is my pedal, the gas flow from the torch non stop.The last thing that i noticed when the machine is on the big fan behind the machine keeps turning really slowly, is not supposed to turn really fast as a home ventilator ???Calculator > Bevel Square
Reply:Because of my previous post about the Millermatic 250 that was jumpered on the wrong voltage, i was thinking if there is anything like that inside the machine, i mean the machine if from the same shop as the Millermatic, can it be a "jumper" problem with this machine again ? Reply:I easily found the jumpers on the Millermatic because there is a sign for that when you open the machine, for the Sync i will have to unscrew everything because i did not find any small panel for jumpers.Stupid question but is there Jumpers in all welding machine ?Calculator > Bevel Square
