Atlas 6" metalworking lathe for sale

I rebuilt this 6" Atlas metalworking lathe for my own use a few years ago but I have an opportunity to upgrade to a larger one.  I've gotten a lot of good out of this lathe but it's time to find it a new home.It has a Dayton 110V, 1hp reversible motor, 8 spindle speeds, a small collection of threading gears, nearly new Jacobs chuck in the tailstock, dead center, ball bearing live center, steady rest (used only once), follower rest (new), four position tool holder and tower type tool holder, parting tool holder, micrometer carriage stop, three jaw chuck, a very nice home built stand- and even a work light.  The tailstock is adjustable for light taper work.  Here are some pictures: (click on them for a much larger image)          The stand is easily disassembled for transport and includes leveling screws on the bottom.I've used it for everything from making bushings, spacers, engine brackets, and model train parts to furniture repair parts.   You can make bungs for exhaust pipe or drain plug bungs for oil pans,  polishing any shaft (I've used it on many driveshaft yokes), or anything else you can think of.  It's a great starter lathe and is quite capable.  As you guys know, the Chinese lathes are just not as good as the American made iron ones, so here's a chance at some quality American iron.You're welcome to come take a look at it and operate it under power.  I'm in the Peoria, IL area.  I can provide more pictures if you'd like too.Hobart Stickmate LX AC/DC, Millermatic 252 & 30A spoolgun, Thermal Arc 185 TIG, Miller BWESmith Oxy-AcBridgeport 2J , South Bend 42" 9AHusky 7.5 HP 22.3 CFM 80 gal compressor
