Partner Needed or Sale Outright

Due to a divorce, I have an established marine welding (mostly TIG) and fabrication shop in Florida that I need to find a partner for, or preferred, I will sell outright. Priced under value - $50,000-$100,000. Husband is leaving the country. I need to act quickly. Reply:Yep, Partner is the wife.  I do upholstry, canvas, etc. As well as (jointly) phones, accounting, you name it.  I don't know how to weld.  We have a foreman that fabricates, designs and is the chief welder.  My husband helped out where needed and did electronics (or we subcontracted the electronics work).  As needed, we have other welders (tacking, production work, etc.) and helpers.
Reply:There are plenty of welders wanting jobs in this area.  Since I don't weld, I would prefer to sell the business outright. If the buyer of the business knew welding, they could keep the profits for themselves. As it is now, I have to pay someone else to do what I don't know how to do. That results in a lower profit margin.  There are many welding machines, benders, forklift, etc. Room to expand if you know how already, or can learn welding. As I stated, this is an established shop (over 10 years). We already have all the tools, the inventory and the ongoing business.  My (soon to be X) husband is not from the USA.  I am.  I'm staying, he's leaving.  I would consider a partner, but would rather sell.  I may consider doing an owner carry on some of the purchase price, but I'd need a really good down.
