EXTREME Customer Service - Sears!

Well, I received the engraved tools today and was I MORE than PLEASANTLY surprised.  Not only did Sears engrave all the tools that I had hoped they would engrave but they had engraved tools I didn't expect to be engraved (I didn't even return some of the tools because I felt engraving them was unnecessary/inappropriate).They went to the EXTREME- they engraved 40 Allen wrenches, the smallest was .1/16", you need a magnifying glass to see the engraving.  They even engraved 10 screwdriver bits!I told Sears in the beginning that the Allen wrenches were probably too small and that the screwdriver bits were 'consumables' and not necessary to engrave.  Still they went all out to insure customer satisfaction!  For those of you who have had problems with Sears in the past, do them and yourselves a favor - let them know.  There are people at the management level who take customer service seriously and desperately want Sears/Craftsman to succeed.

Reply:Opps, my bad.  I should have added this to the prior threads.  Duaneb55.  I think there is more to it than that.  I think that a lot of folks at Sears have always understood the importance of good customer service.  Unfortunately not everyone.  That is why I think companies like Sears deserve the consideration of bringing to their attention situations like mine where their customer service is lacking.  Helping domestic companies improve,whehter it be their products or services is in all of our best interest.
Reply:Last I remember, Sears was sending a check so that  Reefera4m could have the tools engraved locally. But...When the check went upstairs to be signed, old man Roebuck musta' said "Send the tools back; I'll engrave the *******s myself!!
