Reply:Is there anyone out there working with Cloos robots.My former company spent a bunch of $ training me only to be backstabbed by the "robot tech".This guy had me teaching him what we learned in Chicago. He couldn't remember and was confused due to the fact his only experience was with Fanuc.The plant manager thought this guy was GOD himself and literally did whatever Nick told them without question. This of course included getting rid of me when other employees found out "I" was "training" Nick.Couldn't have that now could we? Teamwork? Equality?Anyway I am still seriously jazzed about working with Cloos Robots and am looking for an opportunity!I have Roltrol 32 and Roltrol II advanced training plus Quinto 403/603 training.I have 3+ years of Motoman experience Welding Smart Carts (Those carts at the airport for your luggage) and many other items. I did all my own set ups and made most of the fixtures. Lots of externals and multi axis. Ever hear of a Yer Dog go-cart? I made those on a split set -up down in Jordan Minnesota for Kurt Manufacturing. Wheel chairs too. Had a dozen wonderful Hispanic operators in my command! I did all the programming and tweeking.My favotite thing was to take programs other guys had written and make them "crash proof". It's not hard and my supervisors loved it.You know how low paid operators love to crash a bot to get an un-schedueled break!If you need a dedicated robot man? I am [email protected]
