Dear forum members,Any worth while endeavor requires a solid base a business planI am researching the possibility of developing a welding business. I have access to people that are certified in most disciplines, stick, mig, tig, oxy.Their issue is they are not willing to move out of state they have homes here kids in school. This is where you the member may want to share contact information, or just a good suggestion, etc. my initial idea is to develop a contract manufacturing company in Nebraska. Their must be many small companies that have a product that needs our welding expertise. This is the type of input I am looking for, contacts for these individuals, companies that have a need.We will strive to be a complete turn key supplier. I developed my expertise in Silicon Valley California developing large automation process equipment plus developing electronic controls. Then years in sales selling my design services.
