So I ended up buying a new torch for my SW 175 after finding out the power cable was bad, well that left me with a parts torch. This happens to be a lincoln 20 series which was replaced by a ck20. Well I leave it at my desk with a tungsten and everything on it so when I am bored I will "air weld" with it.I bought some consumables from welding city and I wanted to check out the large gas lens for the 20 torches and I got #8 cups to go with it which seem to be really small. As I see no use for the large gas lens in the near future I put it on the spare torch since it weighs a lot to make my "air welds" more beneficial. I also could use it as a hammer if need be.
Reply:Air welding actually sounds like a good idea. Not sure if it's the pic but the gas lens seems larger than normal. At least, bigger than the one I've got.
