I bought one several months ago. I have not used it a whole lot but love it so far. I made a boo boo and had to call tech support they were spot on and had me up and running in 5 min. My main question is I need a longer plasma torch for it 50 amp machine and ramsond does not sell one over 10' anyone know what other torches will fit it. Ramsond said others will fit it but in the email they didnt tell me which ones. They are out of Detroit MI
Reply:That seems very strange to only have a 10' torch!TD sells a "one torch" which will fit to almost any plasma
