Anyone know anything about these? I have one on my Tig and the pump is leaking. The motor has the label ripped off and the pump has no markings on it. There is zero info online about these old coolers. Anyone help?

Reply:Exactly where is it leaking from? What kind of pump? Most are pretty simple and use Procon style pumps on them. Can't say for sure on yours, but take the covers off and snap some pix of it so we can see what you have.Personally, if you have a 60 amp breaker to keep that machine on, just keep it and repair the pump. I wouldn't give it away.Expert Garage Hack....https://www.facebook.com/steven.webber.948

Reply:Well, never seen one quite like that. Was hoping for a Procon pump under the hood. Maybe the O ring is leaking?HGR in Ohio had several Miller Coolmate 3s rebadged as Binzel available for under $200. Chances are one may just need a pump, or just a good cleaning. It would be a cost friendly alternative to trying to fix this one if the problem is serious.Expert Garage Hack....https://www.facebook.com/steven.webber.948
Reply:It appears to be leaking right where it connects to the shaft but i can't figure out how to remove the pump! Seems to be stuck on the shaft, when the cover is on there is 4 bolts holding the pump on, it should slip right off.
Reply:Ya got me on that bro.I would look at a replacement. http://hgrinc.com/productDetail/Weld...ER/08140350232Expert Garage Hack....https://www.facebook.com/steven.webber.948
Reply:Never seen that site before, is it what you see is what you get and you don't know if it works or not? There are no descriptions on anything?
Reply:It's thirty day return. Most of their stuff isn't bad. I've bought a few things from them. Those Binzel coolers are really Miller Coolmate 3 units. It's likely the motors are good. Pumps may be bad, but they are available cheap if you shop around. If I had some extra cash, I would make them an offer on all of them. Powder coat the sheetmetal, put new decals and go thru them, they're $400 units all day long. Most of them clean up real nice.Expert Garage Hack....https://www.facebook.com/steven.webber.948

Reply:Wow. $90 bux for shipping. I wonder how much of that was a markup?I've sent dual head feeders to the west coast for around that, but you're way up in the great white north too Expert Garage Hack....https://www.facebook.com/steven.webber.948
