I just won a brand new in box Hobart 210 on eBay brand new in box and I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can tell if it has the cast aluminum drive or if its the older plastic version. Its the 500553
Reply:When the unit arrives open the wire drive compartment door and take a look at the drive housing. Hobart didn't change the stock number when they switched from the plastic to aluminum wire drive housing.
