Cutting 21/4 sq by 1/4 tubing

It been 15 years and back then I was cutting angle or plate.  Never worked with sq tubing before.  Lead me to a few quesitons.  Will the cutting touch cut both through both top and bottom?  My thought is it will cut the top, but then not go thru the bottom which will cause a big mess.Any suggestion of Ace and Ocy setting for a 0 3 101 tip on a Victor Setup?Any suggestion on how to make the cut?Thank for the feedbackChuck
Reply:You're correct it will only cut the top. Try 5psi acet 40 O2. Torch, chop saw, band saw, porta band, or hacksaw if you have all day.Tough as nails and damn near as smart
Reply:If you're cutting close to the end, don't get your belly in front of the tube.  There will be a little blow back and some turbulance is all, nothing serious. That rounded corner on tubing can slow down your first start a little with a small tip. Make sure that spot is clean and maybe put a little ding or scratch there to get a molten drop started. All in all a torch is fine if that's what you've got.
