Welding cart question

I see a lot of the commercially available welding carts have it so your welder is mounted at an uphill slant. Why is this?I plan on building my own cart and am curious about the angled mount.Thanks

Reply:Thanks guys. I'll look at the cart thread to get some ideas.I hadn't thought about the beer issue - guess I'll have to add some cup holders.
