Lathe guru's look inside! Collet and follow rest mystery

First I have this lever collet closer that came with my 10" atlas lathe that I can not find collets for. Anyone know what the right name (ER20, ER25, XZ, OI, etc) these collets are? I can't find a matching collet anywhere.only marks I see are 312 on the foot that clamps to the lathe bed, 302 on the collet lever.Collet action on the right (piece that closes or locks collet when lever is moved) collet in the middle and collar that holds the collet in on the left.Second is a follower rest that also came with my lathe but is not for any atlas lathe that I know of.  I also could not find any info on what machine this follow rest is for. I only found one like it and it was on ebay and the seller does not know what machine they are for either.Any info or help greatly appreciated!!
