Small diameter round stock to plate

1st time welding small diameter 1" round stock to 1" plate. Curious of what you guys think? 1/16 er70s2 filler  set at 275 amps 20 cfh argon. I've never really done any welding on round stock before, I don't think it came out to bad. So i offer these up to the experts for critique.They are also welded to a plate on the top.
