You should also introduce her to stick, and show her your rod. Reply:She is actually the girl friend of a young weldor that took on a job and needed help and a bigger shop. We are doing the job in my shop and she came over to help and actually was a good helper. She also wanted to learn to weld and was doing OK after a while. The job is some signs for a new restuarant. Attached Images

Reply:She doesn't even have to weld , just walk around with hood up. She will decrease production of others. She would make you wanna come to work on Monday. Might be best to shed some of that PP gear and impose a NEW dress code.
