Tubing Roller homemade and powered

I bought dies from swag offroad very economical and nice dies used their bearings and shaft and the rest was up to me. It works great and the horrible fright pipe threader is OK.  I have about $350.00 total with dies and I am pretty darn sure its stronger than most manual benders available
Reply:Did you make the plates yourself? I guess you did. Was wondering how heavy pipe or tubing can you roll. You did a good job. I build a lot of my own tools also. I'm always on the lookout for a hi torque motor. Just bought a pair of power chair motors. I have a manual one that I haven't used cause I really dont have the floor space to permanetly mount it somewhere.[/QUOwhen you order your dies from swag tell them you need the shaft, then you just thread the shaft with the 3/4 threader and when you get it where you need it weld it to the shaft make sure and order extra bearings for the center die you will need to drill holes in the housing to mount bearings for the shaft. Manual rollers are for those that are glutens for punishment.your avatar is pathetic.
