bending tube

Hey guys I'm in the process of building a bumper and need to bend some 1 1/4 tube so I get a harbor freight bender and the tube starts to bend and then it just kinks so what am I doing wrong or is the ool just not capable and should I just have my tubes bent at a shop with a profesional machineVictor torch Lincoln Idealarc DC 250 Lincoln LN 7 wire feederMilller WC 200 spool gunLincoln Idealarc 250 ac/dcColosal Tech Cut 50

Reply:pipe benders work ok for bending tube to a point but it will always kink when you go too far.  the pipe bender was not designed to bend tubing.  the dye is not designed to bend the tubing correctly, if you only make small short bends it will work.
