Does any one know where I can get a replacement lift rack (as in rack and pinion) for my drill press? I need the piece that runs up the main tube the the crank uses to raise and lower the table. I doubt that the teeth would be that different between drill presses. Thanks
Reply:I used to buy threaded rack material from WW Grainger (20 years ago). I don't know if they still sell it though. I used it on satellite dish installations to turn a gear on a potentiometer for positioning the dish.Miller Syncrowave 350Millermatic 252/ 30A spoolgunMiller Bobcat 225g w/ 3545 spoolgunLincoln PowerArc4000Lincoln 175 Mig Lincoln 135 Mig Everlast 250EX TigCentury ac/dc 230 amp stickVictor O/AHypertherm 1000 plasma
