Forney Model C-5BT Welder

Hi, I am not a welder, but my dad was.  I would like to sell his Forney Model C-5BT Welder, but I have not been able to find much information on it.  I know it is an older model because its been in the garage for as long as I can remember. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.  I am located in NJ if it makes a difference.Thank you,Debi Attached Images
