Thought this might come in handy for someone looking for a bottle rack idea while still working from the bed of a truck. 4x4 channel with 1/4 inch plate cut into the half circle shape to match the oxy/acet. Also I welded 4" hinges to each side perfectly so that when pushed in they self lock and with a secure padlock. This makes great storage for all those 2-4ft levels I have 5 levels in there now. Also could be a good umbrella holder. Comment or pics of what fancy bottle racks you fellas have. Attached Images

Reply:Great idea, looks great. I like the color combination (stands, box, and bottle jig) also, not sure if that was planned.
Reply:What the hell is the machete for? If you cant fix it with a hammer, it must be an electrical problem."Boy, everyone starts with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before the bag of luck is empty."-Grandad circa 1990ish

Reply:down here in texas we use them for anything from sass mouthy helpers to end caps on pipe that comes in. knocks them off in one swipe.  and yes everything on my truck was color schemed accordingly
Reply:Nice setup. Do you have something in/on the floor of the bed as well to keep the tanks from moving?
Reply:I was actually thinking about that today they don't really "move" but I have some angle iron 2x2 I could use to make a footer for the bottles no clue yet. Any ideas would he helpful
Reply:I like the rack and bed set-up and everything. But something I've always wondered when set up like this, how do you do your daily maint checks on your welder?Dave J.Dave J.Beware of false knowledge; it is more dangerous than ignorance. ~George Bernard Shaw~ Syncro 350Invertec v250-sThermal Arc 161 and 300MM210DialarcTried being normal once, didn't take....I think it was a Tuesday.

Reply:To check the oil and replace the filter I placed the machine a car batteries width from the cab of the truck so my battery doesn't fit inside the machine spot. Its actually 7" from the back glass from the bed of my truck. Allows access to most everything from the back of the machine. Also the front doors come off the machine to allow access to the front of the machine. The only thing I messed up on is when changing the oil I thought I could just run a hose and funnel to the ground... well that ended up in an oil spill that would of made BP smile. I heard of rumors that you can thread and tap the oil plug with a small ball valve to drain easily. not sure if this is true.

Reply:Amazing sir thankyou so much. I'm guessing the other end is for a hose correct?
Reply:Correct.  The "N" denotes nipple.  Part number F101 is plain, flush end but it sounds as if you could use the nipple version.MM200 w/Spoolmatic 1Syncrowave 180SDBobcat 225G Plus - LP/NGMUTT Suitcase WirefeederWC-1S/Spoolmatic 1HF-251D-1PakMaster 100XL '68 Red Face Code #6633 projectStar Jet 21-110Save Second Base!
Reply:http://www.qwikvalve.com/fumoto-fg7bn-valve.html I found this on rigwelder.com in the forums to match my specific f-163 continental engine for the 200 can some one verify this is the right drain valve?

Reply:I was just thinking of how to transport my bottles a little safer because my F150 does not have any tie down points up high. Thought about running eye bolts through the tool box but didn't feel like putting holes in it. Really cool and simple.TOO MANY TOOLS & NO MORE SPACE
