525 Amp Sureweld questions

I picked this welder up a few days ago, and am trying to figure out the controls. It has a foot pedal that is a simple switch, which controls I don't know what. Above the socket for the foot switch is a small switch.There's also a large rheostat on the side, with a small switch above it. There's also no large power switch like I am accustomed to. The unit was repainted, and any tags or labels are gone. Does anyone know how this beast is controlled? Reply:I don't know anything about that particular machine, but I'll throw out some general uses for common controls on stick/tig machines and what I may be seeing in the pics.  The foot pedal is likely for turning on and off the arc remotely.  It may also adjust the current output, up to the max of whatever the main current setting is on the panel rheostat.  The switch above it may be to turn the foot pedal on and off.  In the off position, the machine would output current any time it is running and current would be controlled at the panel, used for stick welding.  The on position would be for tig welding.  The rheostat is likely for adjusting the current output.  The other small switch could be for turning high frequency on and off.  HF is used for AC tig welding.The machine appears to have a power/water connection at the torch lead lug.  It also appears to have a city water hose connection on the left side of the machine?  There should be 2 gas hose connectors somewhere on the machine, one for the bottle and the other for the tig torch gas hose.MM350P/Python/Q300MM175/Q300DialarcHFHTP MIG200PowCon300SMHypertherm380ThermalArc185Purox oaF350CrewCab4x4LoadNGo utilitybedBobcat250XMT304/Optima/SpoolmaticSuitcase12RC/Q300Suitcase8RC/Q400Passport/Q300Smith op
