This will be my first post here. My name is Tyler. I am 19 years old and a current student at Tulsa welding school. I did take two classes in highschool and some classes at the local CC in Nebraska. The way the school works, it's broken down into 10 phases. Each phase lasts 3 weeks, 4days welding and 1 day in the class per week. I am currently in phase 5 about to start 6 at the end of the week. The first two phases focus on the basics of stick welding. Vertical stringers tie ins etc. Phase 3 is all bevel plate mig and flux core. Phase 4 is back to bevel plates but with stick. 5 is 6" Schedule 80 carbon pipe. We do 2G and 5G. 6-9 is tig and 10 you test out of all processes. I do have pictures of my progression that I will be posting. I am open to any and all questions and look forward to my membership on this forum!
