Anyone recognize this brand of grounding clamp? The dam grips won't stay on anymore and I want another like it. Attached Images
Reply:IIRC, Tweco stood for The Welding Equipment Company, or TWE Co, or T.C., so it looks like a very old work clamp. I have not seen anything like that on the market in a long time. Best bet would be to get some large industrial heat shrink and put it over the grips to hold them on.
Reply:Is there some reason you want the work clamp insulated? I've never seen one that was insulated until now. I mean, if the WORK isn't insulated, then why should the work clamp be insulated? Is there something I'm missing?
Reply:Looks more like TC but never heard that Tweco meant The welding Equipment Company. Kind of makes sense, they've been around a long time and call their stingers Tweco tongs.
Reply:I don't think that's a work clamp...    It doesn't look like it would provide a good contact on a flat surface.   Why and hell would it be insulated???Battery clamp.?????Last edited by Billdacat; 05-11-2015 at 09:18 AM.
