Rebuilding Victor Guages

Does anyone know where I can get instructions on rebuilding Victor gauges?Please if you do not know the answer to this question do not post useless information about safety and who can do it for me and a better choice is to buy new or rebuilt etc.Not to be rude but just want that question answered and that is all.  If you want to know how to make spurs I will tell you how to make them not send you to the store to buy some.  Fair enough?????
