Reply:I love the mig gloves or the hd mig/stick but do not like the new black tig gloves, the die in the material makes my hands black or purple for a few days after wearing them. I have not yet seen the new line of blue gloves.

I tried the hd miller's and liked all the extra meat on thumb and pointer finger, but quickly wore a hole in the thin part of the thumb. that's ok, but I swear whatever was in there (insulation/padding) got hot, turned red, and smoked substantially. sure, I was abusing the glove, but to me, a glove should self-extinguish. this one smoked for 20 mins after I threw it across the buildingbosses stuff:trailblazer 325maxstar 200my stuff:sa 200fronius transpocket 180100 amp Lincoln w/f97 f350 DITKevin

Reply:I used the black "work glove" type pair. They worked good but wore out quick. I use gloves indiscriminately. If they get used to work/grind in they get used to weld.
