Reply:I'm looking for a miller but an esab sounds interesting. What are the specs on that?? What it comnes with?This powermax is 3 phase only and i need 1 phase.
Reply:The Esab specs are listed here: http://products.esabna.com/EN/home/p...category_id.74It's a great machine, but it does not integrate as well with CNC as the Hypertherm, which has the connections for arc ready and arc voltage.  I have had it since 2006, and have used less than 8 sets of tips in it.  The only reason I haven't used it more is I am only now getting around to building a CNC table for it.  It would come with whatever tips I have left, a spare insulator nozzle, and a standoff nozzle for high amp dragging.  I use the standoff the most along with a straightedge - set it for 90 amps on 1/8" mild steel and move the torch as fast as you can.
