Spool gun for SP175 Plus

Hello, does anyone know if the Lincoln magnum 100Sg spool gun can work on the SP175 Plus machine?  I really need a spool gun but I don't want to buy another welder.Thanks
Reply:Nope.  That's why Lincoln probably made the 140 and 180 machines with the built-in capability/compatability with the SG100.  The best laid schemes ... Gang oft agley ...
