I am trying to mig some sheetmetal. The placard in the door of the PM300 says to use Power Mode 0.8/100 setting with .024 for 22 ga sheet metal. I want to do the same process with the V350AP and the LN15(control cable model) but the power mode on the 350 does not go below 1.0 whereas it goes down to 0.5 on the PM300.Thanks in advance for any information.TJB
Reply:Just experiment. You shouldn't have to go through too much scrap to find the sweet spot if it exists for that set-up.
