I'm looking for anyone with working experience using the Magnum 250 LX Spool Gun. I have mine set up for 4043 with the 3/64 tip. The recommended settings in the Spool Gun manual are way too high. I called Lincoln, but they have very little working data on this gun. I tried to contact an engineer, but was only able to communicate with a marketing person. I'm sure you know how taht turned out. The best I can figure is that Lincoln printed power settings based on spray arc theory, instead of testing the gun itself. |
