I am considering upgrading to a bigger wire welder and came across this one on Lincoln's website and wanted to get everyone's opinion on it. I do not know if it is new or not but I cannot find in for sale online anywhere. The website says that it can also use a spool gun, which the SP-175 cannot. Just wanted to know if anyone has one or has used one and what did you think. Thanks for the help.RushRush

Reply:Yep, Lincoln and Hobart introduced new models at about the same time. You may want to also compare the Hobart Handler 187. Both of these models are currently being discussed very thoroughly, including by the members who helped as factory test sites, at www.hobartwelders.com/mboard. |
