Guys,What would suddenly cause this? I don't use my welder all the time as I do it mostly for home projects, hobbies etc. The wire does seem to have a film on it. Probably a little corrosion. I think the tip is an .035 and the wire I'm using is .025?? Can't remember for sure.I tried pulling the wire out, but it wouldn't give. I looked at the wire feed and it was a little wadded up, but I cut that piece off so it wouldn't add to the problem. Any idea how I can get it out? If I do, I'm getting some new wire.This is the first time it has happened, and I've owned the little welder for almost 10 years. |
