A friend of mine had me make legs for a piece of butcher block he got recently. Asked for "bar height"- table top is at 40". Gussets for rigidity. Leveling feet for easy adjustment. Let me know what you think! ~Justin Manufacturing EngineerWWU Vehicle Research Institute c/o 2010
Reply:I think it looks nice. Do the supports get in the way?GravelThe difference between theory and practice is that in theory there is no difference.
Reply:Nope. It really isn't meant for side by side seating as shown, it's just how he was testing how the chairs would fit for storage.~Justin Manufacturing EngineerWWU Vehicle Research Institute c/o 2010

Reply:blu; nice table however the diagonals appear to reduce legroom. unless it's made for one person on each side i'm not sure i follow you regarding not for side by side seating. standing room only?i.u.o.e. # 15queens, ny and sunny fla
Reply:It is made for 1 person per side, the chairs throw off the perspective. It was made for a friend who is moving in with his GF and it will allow them to have extra workspace in the kitchen and a nice place for the two if them to eat. Welded with a Lincoln power mig 140c using 0.023" wire. Pretty awesome little 115v MIG, I've been very impressed with it. Keep the comments coming! Love the input thanks everyone!~Justin Manufacturing EngineerWWU Vehicle Research Institute c/o 2010
