opinions on mig-pak 10?

Hey,I know these questions have probably been beaten to death but I just did a few searches and couldn't find anything specific - maybe I'm just an idiot..What is the general opinion towards the Mig-pak 10 kit? I found one used locally for about $300, and it seems like it'd do what I need (light bodywork mostly, and small household kind of stuff). It goes up to 100amp which seems reasonable enough.Is there anything in particular to watch for on a machine like this?Thanks a lot,Isaac

Reply:Originally Posted by gnm109I looked at the manual on the Lincoln site and it appears to be a 120 VAC MIG machine with adjustable wire speed and 4 tapped connections for power.It will certainly do fluxcore but I would find out if it has the gas solenoid kit installed so that you could change polarity to run regular wire. You can get the kit separately if it's not already installed but they are close to $100 retail for the kit. It would be much more versatile with the gas kit. You would also need a cylinder of C02 or Argon/C02 and a regulator. The regulator might come with the kit, IIRC. Other than that question, it sounds OK to me.
