Fitting up boxes

I have to learn boxes for some upcoming projects. My question might be straightforward but I can't think of an easy way - how do you fit up a box for all inside corners?The only way I can think of is to start with two sides, clamp them to something reasonably big and square that won't fuse to the job and tack them together and then progress around the box using temporary straight edges until it's all tacked up. Otherwise I can't see how you can clamp up the whole job before tacking with just minute edges touching each other.
Reply:I don't know how big your boxes are, but I would use aluminum angle iron when welding steel and similar metals and steel angle when welding aluminum if you're really concerned about accidental fusion.
Reply:Hold two pieces with one hand as close to 90 degs as you can so the joint is vertical and put some small tacks to hold them together, fit the next piece which will sguare it up providing g all cuts are square. .....Mike
Reply:I mostly weld formed boxes, but the corners are made square with two visegrips and a small copper angle. Clamp and tap to alignment.
Reply:Thanks guys. I was being vague because I wanted to be generic as possible. The particular application that prompted the question will be tigged aluminum. A few small boxes but one big one - 8' x 3' x 1.5'
